My mission is to make the spaces we live and work in not only beautiful but healthy, too. Health should be a priority, not an afterthought in designing spaces where people will thrive, live their best lives, and do their best work.
Many years ago, while studying Sustainable Building & Construction in Vermont, I toured the head office of Seventh Generation (environmentally conscious cleaning products). I saw what a workplace could be - an abundance of daylight, collaborative workspaces, integrated places for rest and reprieve, natural materials, beauty. Every space we live and work in should aspire to incorporate these principles.
